The TDEC Data Viewer - Eng Plan tab will update typically within 1 day of your submittal (link is in Additional Links). You will also receive email updates once the TDEC review has started.
Electronic payment by credit card or e-check is prompted at the end of the submittal.
To pay by e-check the information from a paper check such as routing number, account number, name on the accout etc. is entered into the electronic payment system. This allows for immediate payment with a check, rather than sending in by mail.
All engineered plans, specifications, and calculations must be sealed by a TN Professional Engineer.
All water and sewer projects require engineered documents with the exception of the following:
Per Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 62-2-107(b), shall not include single water lines not more than 3,000 feet serving up to ten homes. (This does not include wastewater line extensions.)
Engineering Services Unit (ESU) is a part of TDEC: Division of Water Resources. Plan submittals received through My TDEC Forms are processed by ESU.
